MML Hub is a customizable AI workspace for businesses. It brings team collaboration, AI Agents, documents, image tools and creative workflows together. We help you choose and configure the modules that fit your organization.
How does pricing work?
Your proposal includes a one-time fee for the agreed implementation and customization, plus annual maintenance. We do not charge MML Hub software license fees per employee. Hosting, storage, AI usage, third-party services and additional development are scoped separately.
Does unlimited employees mean unlimited everything?
Employee accounts are not metered for MML Hub seat licensing. Infrastructure capacity, storage, AI consumption and support commitments still depend on your deployment and agreement. We size the solution around your expected workload.
Can we start with just a few modules?
Yes. Start with the workflow that matters most, then add agreed modules and integrations as your needs develop. A focused first implementation helps your team establish a useful, practical starting point.
Can you connect our existing tools and AI services?
We assess your current systems, APIs, access requirements and data boundaries during discovery. Available integrations and any new development are confirmed in your project scope. MML One generation requires the appropriate account, access and usage arrangement.
Where is our data hosted?
Deployment and data requirements are agreed during discovery. We review the hosting environment and any connected AI or third-party services with you. Data handling depends on the architecture and services you choose.
Is the interactive preview a live product session?
It is an illustrative product walkthrough using sample content. It demonstrates workflow concepts without uploading your files, connecting to your systems or running paid AI generation. We can discuss your requirements in a consultation.
What happens after we request a consultation?
Tell us about your team, workflows and goals. MML reviews the request and follows up by email. If you request a meeting, we confirm the time with you separately; submitting the form does not reserve a calendar slot.
